Refund policy

All Sales are FINAL we are unable to issue refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

We have a 5-7 business day processing time on all products and a 6- 8 week processing time on most luxury custom made hand embroidered pre - ordered crownz or jewelry that do not include weekend's or holiday's before any order is shipped even if a customer pays for express or priority shipping please advise. 

We are unable to offer refunds, All Sales are FINAL!! Once your order has been shipped we are unable to be held liable or responsible for any lost or delayed shipping due to the shipping carrier mishaps.  We unable to be held responsible for any lost or delayed international shipping mishaps.  We emphasize to all customers to please make sure you shipping address is correct because we are unable to issue any refunds or returns for any order's that have been returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address. All sales are final. We also do not issue returns for delayed orders in transit. If your order has been shipped and it is delayed by USPS we are unable to ship out another product. Our products are limited and custom so we cannot offer replacement products or exchanges for delayed in transit order's.

 

We are unable to offer returns on our crownz products. Our crownz products are non refundable and non returnable. 

USPS is our shipping carrier once your order has been shipped, your order has become the responsibility of USPS the

We cannot be held responsible for any order's that are shipped and tracking is stating in transit but arriving late, we will not reprocess another order to be sent while an order is in transit nor we will issue any refund's.  

 

All digital services and products are non-refundable AND FINAL SALE. We do not issue refund's for any digital products pertaining to any ebooks Discord, Infinite Wealth Strategies or BWO courses.
