Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless it is a customized item such as Crownz Jewelry which is a 4-8 week processing time or a PRE-ORDERED product. We are unable to issue any refunds, replacements, or exchanges on any items or orders. All sales are Final. Please be sure to provide a correct and deliverable address when completing your purchase at checkout. Please keep in mind due to the exclusivity of our products all of our items are custom and limited in inventory.
